2. Products
Haiwa Snacks currently offers Jackfruit Chips in Original Flavour. All products are FSSAI licensed and made from 100% natural ingredients with no artificial preservatives. Shelf life is 12 months from the date of manufacture as indicated on the packet.
3. Orders & Pricing
Orders are placed via WhatsApp. Prices are as listed on this website and are subject to change without prior notice. Delivery charges are calculated separately based on your location. No minimum order value applies.
4. Payment
Payment terms will be communicated via WhatsApp at the time of order confirmation. We accept common digital payment methods. Cash on delivery may be available for select locations.
5. Limitation of Liability
Haiwa Snacks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Malappuram, Kerala.
